Exchanges

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase must be provided.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.

To request an exchange, please email us at notbasiccobrand@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange.

Once approved, we will provide instructions for the exchange process.

Returns

We currently do not offer returns or refunds for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

  • Preference or personal dislike of the product

Please review our size chart carefully before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at notbasiccobrand@gmail.com.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance events

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products returned without original tags or packaging

  • Used, washed, or damaged items

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • The ordered item is unavailable after purchase

  • A replacement cannot be provided for a damaged or defective item

  • The order is cancelled before dispatch

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
